    Good food. Friendly service!!

    Awful service and awful food.  Forgot half the order and never came back to check on us.  Manger solution was I will personally serve you complete joke.  Honestly two other tables complained.

    Worst service. The place was empty yet there were  dirty tables with old food and the bus boy or whoever he was, was just sitting and playing with his phone. The waitress took my kids order and didn't even put it in. Never once did she come and ask if we needed anything. Instead I would ask her for things. The only reason we left a good tip was for the mess my kids made!

    I grew up going to and loving the Ram's Horn in Dearborn Heights on Ford Road and this is a far cry from that location. This is just the worst. Food takes forever even thought there are only like five other people in the entire restaurant at 6pm (first sign that this place is gonna suck). Server gets your order wrong even though she comes back out to confirm what you wanted? When brought to managers attention he just says, "oh sorry, she is new". Then when receiving our check we are told, "I charged you for the cheaper menu item that we gave you even though you ordered this other item" lol like, oh you mean you didn't charge me for the item we didn't receive because you screwed the order up? Wow! How kind! Lol This place sucks. I don't even blame the poor server, it
    Seems she received zero training and management is a joke. Dearborn has so many great restaurants, do yourself a favor and never come here. If you want diner food there is a Leo's and a National Coney both within a couple miles. If you really want Ram's Horn, drive to Dearborn Heights.

    Don't ever go to this filthy place! They're pure filth. Dirty and sloppy food. They do not give refunds if you are not satisfied with your meal or if THEY mess up the order. The "manager" specifically said "we don't do refunds". They're unprofessional and disgusting. Every time we've come here we get old, sloppy disgusting food. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
